Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his 30 plus years experience in Human Resources Senior Management. As a senior HR executive at British Petroleum, Bob served in a diverse set of senior level global Human Resource roles in a wide variety of locations. He possesses deep expertise in the domestic and international energy environments with expert skills in merger and acquisition integration, labor relations and leadership of a global Human Resources function. As a principal of DeNovo Partners, Bob has participated in a number of senior level engagements including as management consultant to BP in global labor relations – focusing on long-term strategy development and union relations (for BP’s approximately 40 individual labor contracts with five different unions).
Bob has an MBA from Miami University at Oxford. He is a past recipient of the Outstanding Design Award sponsored by the American Society for Training and Development and has co-authored numerous professional publications. Bob recently served on the Advisory Board of the Center for Human Resource Excellence at Texas A&M University and is an active member of the Human Resources Planning Society and HR Policy Association. He is a past Director of the Texas State Council – Society Human Resource Management.
